Yum!! We went on a busy Saturday night. We had reservations and they were pretty quick about getting us in. Once sat the food was very quick! Honestly the drinks took longer to get than the food. (???) The chips and salsa were so good to start. Fresh salsa that isn't chunky pico style--the kind I love!!...

Amazing place in Salt Lake city. The servers were so so nice! Great food and great service. We were a party of 4. We were seated quickly and even though we got there at 9. 30 pm with them closing at 10 pm we weren't rushed to place our order or to finish our meal fast. They have fantastic veggie options and also great drinks!!...

Monarca is delicious!!! The Birria tacos were packed with flavor and the accompanied consume was delicious! Not too oily and packed with meat! The giant taco had pork, chicken and beef and all were slightly crispy to give the soft shell taco a little crunch...

Went on a Saturday night after some bar hopping and boy did we save the best for last!! The host gave us a choice of a few different tables, which was super nice. There were so many things on the menu that looked good. I struggled to decide!! I asked Silver, our knowledgeable server, for help deciding and ultimately I got the birria tacos and ceviche...

The food was so fresh and flavorful. We came in on a hot day and the drinks/ food hit the spot. I got the guacamole to start and street tacos, but would have ordered any of the dishes that my family ordered too. I guess I'll have to come back and try them all. The service was also so fast and friendly!
